If you stay 9 nights or more your apartment will be serviced..

We can organise a daily service at an extra cost if required.

There is a cafe,restaurant approximately a 5 minute walk down the road with a bottle shop next door plus just around the corner from these is a small mini mart. 

Yes, beach towels are available to hire for $2.50 per towel for the duration of your stay.

Yes, we can hire in all types of equipment for you.  Porta cots, wooden cots, strollers, highchairs, booster seats etc.  Just call or email to organise prior to your arrival.

Yes, we have a secure car park under the building. There is 1 car space per apartment booked.  There is also off street parking plus a visitors parking area..

Yes, we have a Tour Desk located in reception. We can book all of your tours, theme park tickets and we can organise your shuttle bus to and from the airport.

Unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of the school leavers during the annual "Schoolies Festival". In particular we do not have the adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period mid November to early December."

We are right on the beachfront – straight out the gate and on to the sand.

We are approximately a 10 minute walk to Broadbeach to the south and 15 minutes walk to Surfers to the north.

All you need to do is call or email us in advance to let us know so that we can organise a late check in for you,  it is not a problem.

As the apartments are fully self contained they are stocked with a starter pack of toilet paper, soap, coffee, tea, sugar, milk, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher powder.  After these are used you must supply your own.

The closest supermarket is located at Broadbeach in The Oasis Shopping Centre where this a Woolworths.  This is approximately a 10-15 minute walk away and if you do not have a car then there is a taxi rank at either end of the Centre.
