Internet explorer 3.0+ automatically downloads the plugin from the Microsoft Web Site

Netscape 3.0+ Users:
You will be required to download the following Plugin. Download Surround Video Netscape Plugin

Once downloaded, close Netscape; run the downloaded Netscape Plugin install file and then re-open Netscape.
Instructions to view the image:

Click and drag in the image to move the image in any direction.

You need a Surround Video Control Plug in to view the image.

The image could take up to 1 minute to download depending on your modem speed. It will then sharpen to high resolution. The wait is definitely worth it
