The 36th annual Gold Coast Airport Marathon will be staged in one of the most popular holiday destinations in the world in Queensland, Australia. Regarded as one of Australia's premier sporting events, the Gold Coast Airport Marathon is set to attract more than 28,000 participants of all ages and abilities from Queensland, interstate and overseas.
The event program will feature the Gold Coast Airport Marathon, Wheelchair Marathon, ASICS Half Marathon, Wheelchair 15 kilometres, Southern Cross University 10 kilometre Run, Suncorp Bank 5.7 kilometre Challenge and Junior Dash 4 kilometre and 2 kilometre races which are renowned worldwide for being flat, fast and scenic.

The three-event World Surfaris Coast-of-Origin Interclub Series sees surfers of all disciplines (Shortboard, Longboard and Stand Up Paddleboard) and ages, represent their respective boardriding clubs, their region and ultimately their 'Coast' - uniting Queensland's grass-roots surfing community in an amazing interclub competition.
