Matt Hollywood is a comedic, magician that sure knows how to entertain. Illusions is a traditional magic show with loads of great tricks and lots of laughs. It’s ideal for everyone, especially families with young kids all the way up to multi generational families or groups of friends.

A great family friendly experience. Enjoy a traditional style 3 course dinner and show. Australian Outback Spectacular is an arena style show with horses, lights and projections that tells an Australian story with loads of character and history. Slingshot is located on Cavill Avenue and offers a daredevil style ride where you will be flung into the sky at 160 km/hour. Get the adrenaline flowing with this fun and slightly frightening experience. Open every night till late. There is a height restriction of 125cm. Freak Surfers Paradise is a virtual reality 4D game experience located on the top floor of the Paradise Centre. Take reality to a new level. This experience allows you to walk through alternate universes, get out of virtual escape rooms, shoot everything with a virtual laser tag game and laugh with virtual arcade games. Infinity Attraction is a light and laser maze experience that will stretch your brain beyond reality. It’s interactive and an experience the whole family will enjoy. Recommended for 8+ years old. Timezone, Australia’s biggest arcade experience with bowling, mini golf, laser tag, bumper cars and hundreds of arcade style games for everyone in the family. Dracula’s is a household name on the Gold Coast. Australia's longest running and most visited theatre restaurant continually delights, horrifies, and entertains people from all over the world. The team there have been entertaining and shocking guests for more than 30 years. The dinner theatre is an experience you must do on the Gold Coast.
The shows are all MA 15+ and are perfect for those who want a delicious 3 course meal, drinks, a fun and often shocking show as well as awesome music. Open 5 nights a week there are different prices for midweek and weekend.

Is a fantastic Spiegel Club located in the heart of Broadbeach showing up to 3 different productions at any one time.
Now we know you are asking what’s a spiegel club? It’s a permanent version of a spiegel tent, a large travelling tent, constructed from wood and canvas and decorated with mirrors and stained glass, intended as an entertainment venue.
The Pink Flamingo is fitted out in an art deco 1920s style. It feels sophisticated and loads of fun. The club offers fantastic shows from sexy cabaret to Cirque du Soleil style shows with great music, amazing internationally acclaimed acts and so much entertainment it’s inconceivable this venue is in downtown Broadbeach. The venue is for 18+.

The Gold Coast Beaches are famous for the surf, swimming and of course great walks, so we have put together a list of our favourite walks and some info on our favourite beach too.
The beaches are patrolled by Gold Coast City Council and Surf Life Saving Queensland.
We have so many beautiful beaches however many are subject to rips, currents, tides and unsafe swimming conditions. Before you get in the water make sure you swim between the flags. Also check the Gold Coast City Council webpage for information on which beaches are open and closed.
The most famous of all Gold Coast beaches, probably because it’s one of the largest and most popular with more than 100,000 people hitting the sand every year.
Surfers Paradise Beach is probably best as a swimming location these days. Make sure you swim between the red and yellow flags which indicate that the beach is patrolled.

Surfers Paradise is the hub of street shopping with so many options to eat, drink, for shopping and entertainment all just a stones throw from the beautiful Surfers Paradise Beach.
Cavill Avenue is a pedestrian mall with a range of cafes, restaurants and attractions interspersed by retail outlets. On one side of Cavill Mall is the Paradise Centre with approximately 40 speciality stores and loads of entertainment options including Timezone.
Cavill Lane runs under the Hilton Hotel between Surfers Paradise Boulevard and The Esplanade and offers fantastic cheap eats and a handful of stores.

James Street Burleigh is a great mix of beachside stores, boutiques, second hand stores, cafes and food outlets. Parking can be a little busy, it's worth the effort to wander along the street browsing or sitting in a street side cafe and watching the world go by.
Most of the on street parking around Burleigh Heads and Burleigh beach is paid so just ensure you check the signs before leaving your car.Alternatively the bus runs down the Gold Coast Highway, departing from the Broadbeach South interchange, in front of Pacific Fair.

The Brickworks on Ferry Road is a hive of activity in Southport. This shopping village has some great stores and of course great food to go with it. Parking can be a little tricky but just be patient as there are always people coming and going.

For those who are more environmentally conscious head to Biome, all products are sustainable, recycled or upcycled.
There is a fresh food market - The Standard Market Company who offer a beautiful range of seafood, meats, fruit and vegetables as well as grocery items.
Built in the 1980s in the midst of the 5 Star hotels, Marina Mirage is known for its high end stores and fabulous restaurants. Today is more open to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy a browse through the brands and couture boutiques. The area has a relaxed and enjoyable vibe, the cafes are great and the restaurants including La Luna are worth it. Our favourite is Glass Dining & Lounge Bar situated on the waterfront overlooking the boats and Broadwater. The Barramundi is very tasty.
Situated on top of Mount Tamborine, Gallery Walk is a mix of art and craft stores, boutiques, souvenir stores and food outlets. It’s a beautiful environment to wander in and out of all the stores surrounded by rainforest and beautiful views.
